Remote opening windows and moon roof 2010 RX350

Does anyone have their wireless remote set or programed to open windows and moon roof on a 2010 RX350 with power rear door? The owners manual this setting must be customized at your Lexus dealer, if so is there a cost to have this done?

The dealer is supposed to provide one time complimentary programming at 30 day service. After that it will cost. The big dilemna is how to figure out all the little settings you want to do.

It appears all of the setting are done by the owner in the 2010 at least in those cars with nav. with the exception of this setting.

Dealer said this remote feature is no longer available in 2010 models contrary to the owners manual. Nothing in the paper work mentions 30 days. I had a 2008 and the dealer changed the setting once.

I'm looking for someone to confirm this remote option in the 2010 model.

i read it in the 2010 rx350 book and i was going to have it done on the 30day service but i totally forgot to ask. hopefully, they will still let me do it when i go back there as it did say something about getting it done during the 30day/1000mi service

i thought that holding down your unlock button for a few seconds and all your windows and moonroof will start to retract??? it is a standard option for isx50

is2seattle, noticed the delivery date on your RX. Cool!

The customization section in the owner's manual lists the non-dealer and dealer programmable settings and specifically states the power windows/moonroof has to be done by the dealer. sea60, I'd go back to the dealer and insist they add the setting. Or contact Lexus corporate. Something doesn't sound right.
