aong406, I have to think that $42,500 is an outstanding price for this vehicle. We purchased a similar vehicle (same color) without nav almost exactly one year ago and paid $42.200. We are in Pittsburgh and there no competition as the two Lexus dealers are owned by the same folks. Our price was 2.7% over invoice and prior to our trade. I thought that 2.7% was a fair profit margin until now. Good for you. Enjoy your new ride. Our has been great!

It is. I washed and waxed mine yesterday and ever since this morning it's been raining. I'm so mad right now. It looks stunning though. We originally wanted smoky granite but since we were buying used I couldnt locate one in my area.

The wife's 2010 RX. Had it now for 2.5 months and loving every minute of it. I've since removed the luggage rack completely and swapped out all the interior bulbs to LEDS 6000k.

i have to say, being in here in California where the tinting laws are so prohibitive,
i envy people ( from out of state) who can get away with tints on all windows. sigh!

tint is a beautiful thing.
Its illegal here in delaware too, but I got tint anyway.
I just roll the windows down, if police are driving down. So far so good.
Its a $75.00 ticket if I get caught

Yeah, seems like we get away with a lot here in Florida. It's so damn hot all the time we NEED the tint though. Most people I know have there front windshields tinted as well, but it's not worth the risk IMO cause insurance can't deny a claim over something like this.

Different States in the US can each have various traffic laws, one of which is the percentage of tinting allowed on windows. Some States allow more tinting than others. Typically, you can have it darker on the rear 3 windows than the front 3. When I lived in Hawaii for example, this was part of the semi-annual safety test required for car registration. They used a light meter to test the total tinting on windows to ensure they were lawful, and if not, you could not register your car until the aftermarket tint was removed or reduced.

Another new RX owner (2011RX350)
Just wanted to say hi to all, I picked up my first Lexus last week.
I came from BMW and Mercedes family and still have my C class as a daily car.
It's a 2011RX350 2011 RX350 with the following options: Comfort, premium audio, 19 alloy wheels, parking assist, premium package, towing prep package, Navi and some other small options.
