Bluetooth and phonebook problems

How its possible to use phonebook data transferred by one mobile phone with other phone that you have connected afterwards? With previous Lexuses the phonebook data stayed in the phonebook regardless of the phones you connect afterwards. Now it dissapears when you connect with other phones.
Does anyone have solution for this? Thank you!

It seems each mobile phone has their own phonebook and they cannot be transferred or shared to each other.

I want to know the methods, too.
