Default Proof that RX350 is coming

Check out the Lexus Ukraine Website showing the RX350 with 276 horsepower. Finally some power over the wimpy 3.3 liter.

Wow, talk about a man who does his research. I stop when it comes to international websites. By the way, we have the same taste in cars:

1999 RX 300
2005 G35 6MT
soon:
2007 RX 400h and maybe 2008 IS350 coupe

Better proof: Lexus has an ad for the car in the March Car and Driver. Says 270 horsepower.

Wow! Great find!

While I don't speak the Ukranian national language (don't want to offend anyone by guessing incorrectly) I did notice something - there appears to be a 350 "Executive" version and a comparison checklist to the "Standard" version.

The only thing I could discern was 17 vs. 18 inch tires. There were a bunch of things that were not checked in both columns. Anyone have a way to translate?

Again, great find! I have been dying to find some info on the 350. I had a close call with buying a 400h to replace my wife's'05 330 (want Nav and backup camera for her) but decided to wait for the 350. Thanks again!

international market specs are different than US.... Executive should have more luxurious stuff like nav, ml, etc, etc...

The Toyota Japan specs for the new 2007 Toyota Harrier (aka RX350) have been up for several weeks now and the 3.5L 2GR-FE.

Default Check out the RX350 websites in English!

Hey guys - since one of you was so good in finding the Lexus Ukraine sight I have been wondering what the heck they are saying about the car. I finally went to a search engine and found a website that translates websites to English!

If you Google search "website translator" it should offer you Altavista's babelfish which you can use to view the Ukrainian site (Translate from Russian to English) and the Toyota Harrier site (Japanese to English).

or try this: http://world.altavista.com/babelfish/tr

Pretty darn cool! I wouldn't expect the engine specs etc to be spot on (some of the translations are pretty funny) but they give you a pretty good idea. An example is that on the Ukranian website it appears that the new ML stereo will have MP3 capability but I'm not 100% sure b/c it says MR3 and WMA instead of, what I would think would be, MP3 and WMA.

Anyway thought this was pretty cool. Enjoy!

Don't know if this constitutes proof but:

http://www.tundrasolutions.com/forum...inks/links/299

Looks like you need a paid subscription but there are some service sheets for the RX350.

Anyone have access?

Just doing the Google search every day and finding more and more

So I guess it doesn't require premium? It only has 1 more horsepower than the RAV4 V6, and the RAV4 V6 doesn't require premium.

Default Lexus RX350 ad

in the March issue of Motor Trend, pages 84-85, there is a two page layout on the new 2007 RX350. 270 hp. Called the local dealer. The salesperson says it sould be out late March. No more 330's.

Default New features.

It seems to have new navi, new mark levinson, and new transmission.

RX 350 – European Premiere
On sale throughout Europe in April 2006, the Lexus RX 350 further refines
driving pleasure through the class-leading performance of a new 3.5 litre V6
petrol powerplant. Equipped with an ultra-smooth, 5-speed automatic
transmission, this outstanding powertrain offers increased power and torque of
203 kW/276 DIN hp at 6,200 rpm and 342 Nm at 4,700rpm whilst reducing
fuel consumption by some 8% over the previous RX 300.
Enhanced Noise Vibration and Harshness measures result in even further
reduction in noise levels at all vehicle speeds, whilst the new luxury SUV also
features a new Mark Levinson Premium audio system, as well as a new, highdefinition
and fast response Lexus Navigation System.
