Hi Group !!
New member !!
Thought I'd pop in to introduce myself to the Lexus world & their Forums.
My name is Rich, age 45, and while I do not own a Lexus my 75 year old father just leased a 330 AWD in what I think is Flint grey with a Black leather interior, power gate, bun warmers. Seems like a nice vehicle, no wonder Lex is doing so well.
He is comming out of a '95 LT Blazer 4x4 that was traded in with 130 thou on it. Things have changed !
My purpose for registering here is to help him with the vehicle, it's ins and outs, potential trouble spots & the like. Dad's not too computer literate, much less a forum BB poster.
Got a solid look at the 330 today, more specifically the 633 page Owner's Manual !!! Just for grins, I counted the number of CAUTION messages in it :
One Hundred Eighty One [181]. Gotta be a record
So TIA for any help, I'll keep watching & try to figure this machine out for him so's the enjoyment factor will be up there.
Oh, I drive a '99 Contour SVT in black... 380 built in '99 in this color [silly me eh]. I'd be interested in seeing the build numbers of this new RX sometime. Till Later, Richie.
