Hi so I did this change on my IS250 when car had 100k did the same with my RX350 2009 same result sludge on the valve. It's def worth it to change this out for $6 and 2 minutes of labor. Pcv change glad i did again!-image-1059024369.jpg

I just cleaning it with brake cleaner when I replaced the rear three plugs at 190K km(120K mile). not bad though as you can hear rattle when shaken.

Crispy rattle again!

Nice job. Hey for $6 worth it for me to change since these things have nylon plastic parts inside that can warp from the heat no biggie
