just trying to figure out what these spaces are for on other models.
I pulled out the lower grey spacer (near the gas tank button) and there is a plug behind it.

The square black one above the fuel release is for the "AFS Off" button. I don know about the one to the right of the fuel release.

The one above the fuel button is for AFS and the one next to the fuel button is for the 115v outlet. The one I don't know is the one next to the pwr door button.

Do you have a picture of yours?
I pulled that one out and there is a black plug behind it not plugged into anything

THe one next to the next to the power door had a picture of a person going through a windshield

I believe that is the button to lower the air suspension for easy of entry/exit.

I don't have the car anymore. It died and was going to cost 15k to fix. The power outlet is part of the entertainment package and the owner's manual shows you the pictures of the button. And NVAKeith is right. The other spot next to the power door is for the easy exit. Once he said it, I remembered.
