Default Brake problem, after oil change and spark plug maintenance

2007 RX 350 - FWD - 117,xxx

What I did to the car -
Yesterday I replace the oil & filer, the front 3 spark plugs, and spent the day fighting with the rear, passenger side bolt on the intake manifold. (I'm probably going to pay someone to remove it and never re-install it). Today, I reconnect the air intake equipment, hoses, and battery. And now, my brakes are weird as some expletive.

What I did to the brakes -
As the sun was moving, I started pushing my car out of the drive way into the garage and used the parking brake to stop it.

What the brakes are doing -
Brake light is on. When test driving it, the brake engages super high and abruptly. It feels a lot like how I used the brakes when I was first learning how to drive...very jerky. This happens forward & reverse. I don't even know where to begin troubleshooting this one.

What I've checked -
Fluid is full. Pads have about half life left. Engaged and disengaged the parking brake lever repeatedly.

Maybe you inadvertently kinked or disconnected the vacuum line from the brake booster?

Thank you. I did not reconnect it to the manifold.

I'm not sure if I ever would have found that by googling. The search "I'm an idiot and didn't connect my brake booster" is a little too specific and required information I didn't have.
