I have 04 rx330 with air suspension,I noticed lately that the car will not come all the way down as before when activating the the seating support button,,,,,,is there any reset that can be done or other tips please

I have no idea. Your car is actually really rare. Not too many RXs were made with air suspensions. I have yet to see one in real life.

The only idea I have as far as a reset is concerned is to pull the negative battery cable for about 30 mins and let all of the car's electronics reset. From the sound of your issue, you may have a faulty switch, but I don't know how the air suspension system is set up at all.
