Hello! I have a 2006 RX400h with about 110k miles on it. Recently, I noticed a rattling noise coming from what sounds like underneath the car when I'm going up hill (at or around 15-25 mph). Does anyone else have this issue and/or know what causing it? Thanks!

Lots of different places to look...Could be exhaust system, or Gas tank plastic cover...(I just found mine was cover hitting underbody/tank) I added foam to those points and noise gone.

Could be a lot of things, get underneath and try to poke around. If anything is loose or wiggles, that's probably your starting point. Good luck.

I sometimes get a rattle from my rear brake calipers. Next time you get the rattle, put the shifter in N and press the brakes. If the rattle goes away it is the rear calipers. Putting the shifter in N disables the regenerative brakes.

To fix the caliper rattle, remove the pins and put some brake grease on them.
