Default Transmission Fluid Level

So I did a drain and fill of WS ATF on a 2008 AWD RX350 with 108k miles and got out exactly 3.0 quarts. The fluid that came out wasn't bad, but I have a lot of reservations about never changing the fluid. That being said, I filled it with the same amount of fluid I took out of it, and even after driving for 20 minutes, the fluid reaches the top of the cold temp fill line. The transmission has never been touched before and there are no/never have been any leaks. I was wondering what level everyone else was getting on their dipsticks? The car has been dealer maintained since new and they've never said anything (although i question the thoroughness of their inspections sometimes). Is that really where the fluid level is supposed to be, or has the car been low on fluid all this time? Any help would be great thanks.

I would add just a little bit and make the fluid level with cold mark while in Park....Just don't overfill....If you are nervous about it add to a point a little above the cold mark....

Well my issue is that i drained out exactly 3.0 quarts put it back in and after 20 minutes of driving, the level read at where the level is supposed to be when cold, this is with the engine running, after driving for 20 minutes, with the car in park. There haven't been any leaks or anything, so I'm just wondering where peoples ATF level reads as I've seen other posts where the ATF was always at the cold level, but Highlanders (same transmission) are supposed to be at the hot level. This is after the cars having been driven and run

So I had the dealer check it while they were switching over the snows and they sad the level was perfect, guess 20 minutes wasn't long enough warm up the fluid
