Default Two EFI fuses on 09 RX350, which to reset transmission?

I want to reset my adaptive transmission on my 2009 RX350. A quick search shows that I can do so by pulling the EFI fuse for 20 seconds. However, upon looking up my owner's manual I see two EFI fuses for my car, EFI No.1 25A, and EFI No.2 10A. I wonder which one should I pull?

Thanks!

just disconnect the battery for 5 min. easy peezy.

but if resetting your windows and radio is too much of a pain, remove both fuses.
