2, one is a timing belt, runs from crank to cam pulleys
the other is your accessory belt, runs power steering, alternator, A/C compressor.
there are 5 seat belts, as well as belts in your tires, but i dont think you mean those.

What Next,
Kiwi is unfortunately incorrect. Your car has 3 belts. Two that are exposed on the passenger side of the engine compartment. One works the alternator and AC. The other is your power steering belt. Both wrap,around the crank shaft.
The last one is your timing belt which is not exposed and requires some effort to replace.

Lexus parts catalog agrees with HtownBlue.
however in the catalog it shows a 2GRFE engine (3.5L) with a single serpentine belt. I guess the catalog just shares the same diagram for both engines.
