High mileage 2nd generation RX-350
This is to all that have over 100K on their 350's. Can you list your mileage and what if any maintenance or repair issues that you've experienced. My 2007 has 67k on it and I'd like to know what repairs may be ahead in the next 4 yrs. Any issues with hoses or pressurized lines?
Thanks, Jim

I bought a 2004 RX330 with 188K miles on it. Aside from all the normal service items to replace ie water pump, timing belt, spark plugs, thermostat, fluids, filters, brakes, rotors, hood strut, etc, there was a minor coolant leak under the manifold. I could have left it and just add coolant if it got too low. It was a $600 repair to replace a $20 hose as they needed to remove the engine valve covers, remove the manifold to get to the hose. This was done thru a local Toyota shop that charges $90 hr as opposed to dealership rates. While they were in there, the spark plugs were replaced which they took off the labor as that had to be removed anyways. Also got new valve gasket covers so engine shouldn't leak oil for a long time. Also has a cracked lower control arm bushing, but the mechanic says to leave it until it fails. Replaced passenger side view mirror as it was a "pink" shade of color due to auto dim fluid leak using non auto dim mirror on ebay for $60. I just need to pump up that spare tire as I keep getting that TPMS warning light. Replaced cracked Key Shell cases as they don't seem to last on both cars.
I had to replace the radiator on my 2001 LS after 10 years as that leaked ($400 aftermarket with labor). The top of the radiator is made out of plastic. Also had leaky engine valve cover replaced ($400). Also had faulty rain sensor. Now at 148K miles. No other unexpected issues.
I wouldn't worry too much at 67K miles. The car has a lot of miles left. Just fix things as they come up.

If this is a 350 2GR-FE engine, you don't need to worry about the timing belt, it is chain. I wouldn't worry about the water pump if it is nothing wrong with it.
At 67K miles, you should need much maint other than fluids replacement. Power Steering, coolant maybe at 90K, brake fluid, Transfer Case and Rear diff. I do a drain and refill on the transmission fluid every 20K as cheap insurance.
