Default 2006 rx recall for headlights

has anyone had satisfaction..i'm dealing with Bay Ridge lexus brooklyn NY and getting a run around

There has to be actual moisture visible in the headlight before they will replace.

And if you do see moisture, take it to the dealer while it's still there since they will probably have to actually see it before they do anything (that's what my dealer told me).

I had the passenger side headlamp replaced because there was moisture still under warranty (recall letter notice) and they did it for free.

Mine had lots of moisture during the last rainy season before the recall but now has dried up. I will bring mine in when it moistures up again now that I have my recall papers in order.

Take your car to a touchless carwash....you can tell if there's moisture inside after the wash
