The price would be ok if everything checks out, but it is at the higher end. As always have the vehicle checked out by and independent mechanic. Insure that the following required service items have been done. Timing belt change, all spark plugs changed and the coolant replaced. Check out the service history at the Lexus drivers website.

What Rainbird said about the timing belt is important. That's a $750 to $1000 repair job and if the previous owner did not do it, it's WAY overdue (recommended 90K by Toyota).
As for price, take KBB, Edmunds and NADA with a grain of salt. When we did our search that ended early this month, we couldn't find ONE car with the options we wanted in the price guide's range within 200 miles of our house. We found autotrader, Cars.com, Craigslist and ebay where much more accurate and they have real cars instead of "virtual" cars that don't exist. You can estimate that you might be able to negotiate a 10% price reduction from a dealer, then again, if the dealer has a good price on the car, you may get no reduction and watch the car get sold to someone else.
I did a quick search in my area, and $10K for a RX330 with 140K on the clock is about right.
