defective tire wrench?

defective tire wrench?
I have a 2009 RX 350. Had a flat tire on a back country road and had to change it myself. Discovered the Lexus tire wrench's lug opening was machined off center (defective). So could not get the wrench into the wheel lug opening on the flat tire. Someone stopped by to help. But his tire wrench was too small. He was nice enough to go to a friend of his and brought back to metric socket set. Was able to remove the flat tire and put on the spare. Has anyone out there had a defective tire wrench besides me? Jim

Welcome to Club Lexus hornickel. Lexus like many others buy the cheapest lug wrench(China) they can. I recycled mine and now carry a 21mm deep socket and breaker bar in the car.
