Default Low oil damage?

So, today I take my RX to the toyota dealership that I purchased it from for its scheduled service. This dealership is 30 miles from home. When I pull into the garage, I smell oil burning, so I shut it off, check around the vehicle and there is oil sprayed all under the undercarriage and up the back gate of the vehicle. I see drips of oil all the way up the driveway. I jacked up the RX, drained what was left and measured it. 1.8 quarts, dark brown and thin as water. I put the oil back in and called the dealership. The sent a rollback with a loaner car, picked up the RX and the owner of the dealership assured me that they will make sure the vehicle meets "manufacturer specifications"
uhhh yeah, right.
I should have done the oil change myself but figured since I have an extended 3rd party warranty, I would have all service done at the dealership.

I want to see how much oil they say was in the RX. No, I didnt let them know I've already measured it.My question is, is it damaged? I didnt hear knocking and it didnt overheat but I wasnt watching for it either.

According to the dealer compression was as follows: 185,180,182,184,182,185. They are also putting in new plugs (saves me that 350 bucks)
