iPhone connection rx400h
Hi all
I've found a cable in the glove box of my 2008 rx400h which connects to iPhones / iPods / iPads.
The sound quality is terrible though, any ideas how to improve it??
Thanks

I assume it is the Lexus Auxiliary Cable (or a clone). Your '08 should have AM and FM and Disc buttons and
hopefully a Sat button as well. While the $600 (US) Satellite tuner is no longer available, the cable plugs right
into the port and should provide high bandwidth audio, charging for the device, display of songs on the dash and steering wheel control of the program! If you do not have the Sat button you may have some type of FM
modulated setup, how do you select the source on yours? Either way, be sure the output of your iDevice is turned up to enhance the signal the amps have to work with.

I have the GTA car kit for my iPhone 4s. At first, I didn't like the sound quality.
After I went to Settings, Music and set EQ and Volume Limit to "off", it sounded much better.
I'm not sure if that will help, but it's worth a shot!
