Default Idle's Better With Vacuum Line Off?

Hi All,

I'm trying to diagnose my fiancee idle issue on her 2004 RX330.

Here is what I know. Her car was showing the standard Check Engine/VSC/TRAC lights. After searching around I found a vacuum line disconnected. (In the link below the line I found disconnected was off the left side of the air filter box on the very top.)

I disconnected the battery overnight and started the car up the next morning. Check engine light gone naturally but the cars idle was jumping up and down. At stop lights the A/C would go in and out and it felt like it was going to stall.

Now the strange part. I get the car back to the house and remove the vacuum line (top left on air box) and the idle comes up and it runs great. Put vacuum line back on and it idles terrible again.

Any thoughts?

Give the ECU some time to relearn data values.
