Default Question for those of you who repainted

My wife's rx330 Has the rust bubble on the rear hatch and the license plate and under the door handles, the paint is changing colors as if it's going to rust soon. It's the blue mica and I'm curious how much you guys paid for a full paint job? I'm debating if I should trade it In or repaint it and keep it.

You'd really need to get a quote for the work. It's not just a matter of repainting but dealing with the rust as well. A full repaint of any vehicle will be very expensive.

I may as well trade the car in. I had maaco paint my fox body mustang years ago, 6 months later paint was peeling off, never again

https://touchupdirect.com/
I ordered a kit from this company to paint the door handles and side mirror housings (bamboo pearl). It was an easy repair. Would it possibly work on your areas, rather than repainting the whole vehicle?

How was the match of the paint that you ordered from that site compared to the touch up paint you find at say AutoZone or any chain auto place. I've tried the touch up paint that Sewel sold and that wasn't an exact match. Did you have to sand down or apply another coat or anything like that?

I have Bamboo Perl also.
