I took mine to my local independant shop, but I believe you could take it to anywhere like Firestone or the like.

You will pay more at Lexus, instead use Toyota. Mechanically the Lexus RX is a Toyota highlander.

Bye the way, that vehicle is due for spark plug change at 120,000 miles. Has the timing belt been changed?

I personally wouldn't use Firestone, I was mainly using there name as a reference. Dealership may be the best, but I have a great independent guy I trust so thats who I use...even though my water pump went out 4k miles later(kinda though the water pump would have shown some early signs of failure)

Yeah, I only go to Firestone to buy tires because I like their tires, smooth ride and quiet. But for mechanical work, I got to a private mechanic. The Firestone guy tried to get me to change out my wiper blades for $90 on my freaking Dodge Caravan. Seriously I laughed.

Yep, unfortunatly with my last vehicle I was there getting a 19.99 oil change and they recommended new wipers. I asked the price and they told me a resonable price(for the wipers) so I said yeah why not...the unfortunate part is I failed to take into account the labor rate for the wiper install(freakin clip on in 30 seconds!) and they had an hour minimum for labor. So yeah it was about 90 bucks for three wipers....smh
