You didn't take any pics while you had them on the car?

That would have been smart but I was too distracted by the defective light and trying to figure out if I messed something up or what! I will have pics up as soon as I get the replacement light. It is, as I mentioned, not a difficult install.

I thought you had to take the front bumper off to get to the headlights? Can you please advise how to do this with the bumper on?

How are the LEDs wired? Can you have them come on when the car starts up or you have to turn on the parking lamps?

The bumper is pretty easy to remove. Only 4 or 5 bolts underneath, a couple in each fender, and 3 or 4 pins on top. I could see the headlights being removed in 10-15 minutes but only if you knew exactly how to remove the bumper.

It is relatively simple. You have to first pull back the wheel well cover which requires removing a single screw. There are a 3-4 bolts to loosen the bumper. You do not have to remove the entire bumper. I will try to take some pics while I install the lights when I get the replacement back. However, if you simply look at what is holding the bumper together, you can see that it is not that much at all.

Default New Headlights Installed!! Better pics coming soon

So, like a kid in a candy store, when my replacement headlight arrived tonight I immediately installed it. I previously purchased a slim HID kit (6000k) and fitted it as my low beam because I do not have the factory HID. It looks great and I am very pleased with the product.

I took some pics but I believe it will look better in the daytime. I will try to do some type of write up on the install later. Just glad to get rid of my old headlights.

The only downside was that I scratched one of my headlights in my rush to install it. So, my advise is to take your time and install it correctly. Also, the LED bar is installed to my parking lights (because it was a simple plug and play). But, I will wire it up to the ignition as soon as I can locate a proper power source (any ideas?)

Default New LED headlight assembly installed

I just received these lights which I purchased from eBay:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/FITS-BLACK-04-06-LEXUS-RX330-DRL-LED-PROJECTOR-HEADLIGHTS-LAMPS-HID-VERSION-/361239284511?fits=Year%3A2004%7CMake%3ALexus%7CModel%3ARX330&hash=item541b8a0b1f&vxp=mtr
They took me about 2 hours to install. I like the fitment and look, but am going to disable the DRL's and just use the LED strip as the DRL's. Can anyone tell me what 12V switched power source to tap into in the engine compartment since I can't use the stock DRL wiring due to the way they tie into the high-beams? I just started poking around and figured I would ask you guys first.

I have a 2004 RX330. Thanks!
