Full description on an ebay search
"MA-Lexus RX330 2004-2006 Projector Headlights Halogen Model Only-DRL LED-Black"
Lexus RX HID LED has a lot of other stuff on there. Noted however that they are for the "Halogen Model only". Not the HID.
Found the HID ones

I've found 2 sellers that carry these headlights and both confirm that you will need to transfer the stock AFS motor to the new headlights.
This will be a total PITA, as it will require baking the stock headlights, removing the clear housing, etc. to access/remove the projector assembly. I'm guessing it's safe to guess that opening the new headlights would also be required for installing the AFS/projector assembly.
Here's a photo I cropped together showing the bottom of the stock headlight assembly, vs the aftermarket on the right.

Sounds like a heck of a lot of work to get it working with AFS. The problem is with full AFS if you bought after market would be that you would have either (1) a constant light on the dashboard telling you that AFS was off or (2) a constant light telling you there was a problem with AFS. Or is there a way around this? These headlights I know do come with self-levelling, but not look around the corner (full AFS).

I messaged the seller, and I got a copy/paste response advising that they do not provide any instructions and to hire a professional. Haha, it was worth a shot.
I like those headlights, Draco. I would go nuts with the AFS off light/error light, though.
I learned about a new technique for cleaning the haze/film from the inside of the headlight and maybe this will deter me from buying new lights:
1. Remove headlight
2. Cover a small magnetic piece of metal with microfiber cloth, tie to a string for ease of retrieval and insert into headlight assembly.
3. Use strong magnet (covered with soft fabric) from outside of headlight and scrub the film away.
I figured this is worth a shot, so I bought a powerful magnet. I'll try this sometime in the near future, as it sure seems a lot less laborious than baking and opening the headlights again!

Here's an alternate (looks like it's internal so would need to open them anyway).
I still want to bake my open as I need black lights. Maybe, I'll just buy another headlight to practise on (if I can find one cheap enough)

new videos :
have to admit, the chrome ones look really nice, just like stock with the DRL strip, particularly around the 0:38-0:40 mark.
Black looks awesome too :P
