07 Lexus Rx350 Bad Struts?
2007 Lexus RX 350 with only 90k miles
Car vibrates after 60mph.
Usual suspects
Lower A arm
Tires
Wheel bearings?
But what about Bad struts? (shocks?)
What millage did you change your struts?
What did you change it to? (Brand?)

You start with your tires and work your way from there. I prefer to use shops with a Hunter GSP9700.

After the tires, you will want to make sure the brake rotors are not warped and the lug nuts have not been overtightened. Too many shop go overkill on these with an impact gun. Doesn't always just show up when you brake.
Bad struts would show up in other ways with your tires and handling. Not necessarily failing the bounce test, but tires would begin to scallop as a result. More than likely they would not cause the problem you are describing. The struts should be good for an easy 120K before needing to be replaced, IMO, in the right conditions.
Start with the items which are easy and cheap to inspect/replace and which are more likely to be the problem.
