The Lexus press release shows these exterior colors for the 2004 RX330:

White Pearl Crystal, Millennium Silver Metallic, Flint Mica, Black Onyx, Savannah Metallic, Bamboo Pearl, Black Forest Pearl, Breakwater Pearl, Neptune Blue Mica.

Is anyone familiar some of these colors? Are they similiar to some of the existing colors?

I was at the dealer and was told that the silver, black and white are pretty much the same. the white is a little different. all of the other colors are new.

I saw the "chips" (3" x 5" samples) at the RX preview at Difeo. I tried to photgraph them but I couldn't make it work - the photos didn't do them justice. At the resolution required to even see the differences they are too large to post. When I reduce the file size you cant see anything.

I cannot speak to whether they are "new" colors. The green ("Black Forest") is awesome. Finally a real green that is deep and rich and that looks green not just in direct sunlight (like the Midnight Pine on the SC). The darker blue (Mica Blue?) (see my posted pics from the preview) seemed to be a deeper, darker and richer blue than the Indigo blue (which I also love and have on my SC!)

The other colors seemed similar to other colors that I have seen in the Lexus line before.

If I get an RX (tempting although I recently purchased a GX) I would give serious consideration to the Dark Green.
