Buttons on right hand side of steering wheel

Buttons on righthand side of RX330 steering wheel
I've noticed in some RX330 pics, there are buttons on both the left and right side of the steering wheel. I know the left buttons are for the radio controls but does anyone know what the buttons on the right side controls?

I've attached a pic of the interior of the RX330 showing some buttons on the righthand side of the steering wheel. Since not all of the rx330 has these buttons, could it have anything to do with the Nav. system?
Another possibility; could it be part of the performance package? The one with Air suspension / Multi-mode automatic (sequential) transmission.
Has anyone been to an auto show that has seen these buttons and know what they could be??
