Audio system problem
I turned on my RX-350 (2007) today, and changed a channel on my satellite radio. I then heard a beep, noticed a symbol that appeared to be 'I2' on the display, and a loaded CD ejected. I thought I may have hit the eject symbol somehow, so I re-loaded the CD. It started playing, and I could not get the radio back. I turned it off, the display went away, but the CD kept on playing.
So now I have no display at all -- even after pushing power on -- and the CD keeps playing. I cannot eject the CD. I cannot change the CD, I cannot skip ahead or go back to songs on the CD.
Anyone know how I can get everything working again, or is the radio gone?

Disconnect your battery for 30 min and let the computer reset. I've worked car audio for a living for 10 years prior to coming into the military. The lexus has the best sounding audio system but is plagued by software/firmware gremlins. Reset it and let us know if that solved your issue
