when ppl say "why didn't you get her something...cheaper, smaller, better mpg...." I show them a photo of the accident and they say..."Oh...I see"
The airbags in Lexus are excellent at protecting occupants. Glad your daughter is OK. My son's IS350 was totaled by a 45mph red light runner. The side curtain airbags did their job well he was uninjured.

Thanks for sharing. My wife's daily driver is an RX 350. Stories like this make me thankful she's in one. She previously drove a Geo Metro. Small upgrade.
