The panel is normally held by clips and a few bolts.

Other than removing the bolts, should be straightforward. You have to have the right tools to be able to yank out the panel.

Do not know exact locations of the clips, with the proper tool you should be able to pry the sides and see if you can locate the clips and just yank away.

where can you get this tools and how much? the reason I'm doing it is because it's only my right, front speakers are working. I'm curious to find out what's going on behind those panels.

Default Speakers Problem with 2005 Lexus RX330

No sound in rear speakers. have adjusted all settings, balance, fader, mid,base,treble. Everything varies but no sound in rear - either speaker.

Anyone experienced this problem?

If all of those speakers went out at the same time, perhaps a plug with numerous speaker connections became loose. That's where I would start.

I removed door panel several times. I just use hand carefully pull the panel after screws are removed. No special is really necessary.
