problem is i brough a rx330 2004 i have a flickering in my bulbs and like in 10mins the right side of the hid turn off to me to get it on i have to turn the headlight stick off and on and then the right side come on again but then the same thing. do you think its the bulb because i change the bulbs when i brought the rx 330 because the bulb it have when ii got the rx were burned

Sounds like a ballast issue. Search the forum for "condensation in headlights". These are known for leaking that causes the ballast to become damaged. You can get a ballast on eBay for about $100 or so, but you must seal the headlight to prevent leaking and damage again.
