Here is a comparison of ATF. My 08 is at 65K and we brought it when it was 36K miles. I am not sure whether previous owner has replaced the ATF or not, most likely it was not replaced since today.

There is no burning smell. However the color is pretty dark comparing with fresh fluid. I will do another drain and fill probably when it hits 90K.

that's not too bad and about what mine looked last time i changed it. Every 30k is probably a safe bet.

08 RX is supposed to have 'lifetime' ATF and owner's manual says 'inspect' the liquid at 100K miles. That may be different with other cars.

Ahhh my mistake. Yeah it's similar to the GS. Can you send a sample to blackstone labs (if you have any old fluid left somewhere)?
