Tow package
I'm interested in adding a tow package to my 07 400h. It doesn't have the pre-package. What problems will I have, and can it effect my warranty?

Just to be clear, you currently don't have a hitch/wiring? Or you don't have the transmission cooler below the drivers side fog light? Without the cooler you are limited to towing 2000 lbs. As long as you don't go over the limit, warranty is fine. Living in MI I assume you have AWD which increases you chances of getting the cooler.

OK. Thanks. I looked (in the rain) andde cided i didn't have it. A friend says I do so I will look again. I'm now in MI, but biught the 400 in CA. The hitch is for a small popup. I'm one of those few who don't have ATV. I just go with friends.
