If my Rx330 is left outside overnight in cold temperature (-12C), no windshield fluid would come out. I drove the car to an underground parking garage and left it for couple of hours, everythings worked fine.

What could be the problem? Any suggestions?

My washer fluid won't freeze till -20 degrees, (-29 celsius for you).

Only thing I can figure is your fluid supply got cut with some water which would raise the freezing temp.

Now, I'm not accusing you of putting water in there.
I only ask because afterall, you did post about your 330 in the 300 forum.
