Replace ignition cylinder

Default Replace ignition cylinder

I have a 2007 rx350 and the key wont turn in the ignition. If I tap it with a hammer I am able to get it to turn. How do I remove the ignition cylinder so I can take it to a locksmith for repair?

Have you tried some dry graphite yet?

Yeah. No luck. I just sprayed some in, no luck. Hammer works every time but that's a pain in the a$$

Saw that but there is no description on how to remove the ignition cylinder. How do I get to the release pin, where is it located?
