Question 2006 RX400h Rims on 2004 RX330

Hello,

Own a very dependable, clean 2004 RX330. Only problem is the rims (chrome) are beat and now chrome has cracked through the bead and they are leaking. Cleaning the bead did nothing.

I have an opportunity to pick up some very nice, good condition OEM rims from a 2006 RX400h at a good price. They are 18" x 7", 5 Lug, 4.5" Bolt Pattern. Dimensions are exactly the same as the 5-Spoke Chrome that is on there now.

Does anyone know if I might be missing something, or will the '06 RX400h rims slip right onto the '04 RX330?

Thanks,
Rich

I don't see why not. You can also use the 19in rims off the 2010 up 450h.

I know this an old post, but I finally got around to completing this. I purchased a set of (4) refurb OEM RX400h wheels from OriginalWheels.com (although they shipped from PerfectionWheel.com in Indiana) the wheels are great. I also purchased the matching center caps. I did not do the spare, as it was not chrome, looked good, and had a new tire on it. I put new Continental PureContact's with EcoPlus Technology on and it has transformed the vehicle look and ride. I am pretty sure, with the RX400h Wheels and the Conti Purecontact I saved about 5lbs per Wheel compared to the old wheels.

Thanks for the replies.

Anyway that's the update .

Big time . Since it measures rotational speed, I did not have that part to worry about. Happy with the look. It's a bit updated and not a common look for the RX330. The Continental PureContacts are awesome too, especially in the rain.

Here is the 2004 RX330 with the RX400h Rims. The tires are Continental PureContact with EcoTechnology LRR P235/55/R18 100V. 34psi Nitrogen (all)

Rims from OriginalWheels.com (Shipped from PerfectionWheel.com Indiana).
Center Caps from Hubcaps.com

Did some work yesterday, rear brakes/rotors, air filter, cabin filter, Mobil 1 oil change, BG44K Fuel Treatment, and alignment. Should be ready for summer.
