Recently I have noticed that when I go around corners or when the driver's seat becomes compressed, I get creaking noises. This happens whether the car is in motion or not. It seems to be on the right hand side (I drive a right-hand RX so get out of the right door). Obviously due to being the most frequent entry & exit point for the vehicle, this takes a fair toll on the driver's seat. Is there any way I can repair this? I think it might a spring in the seat cushion rather than anything on the rails as suggested by these threads from 2003.

I way about 89kg's, so not particular heavy for these seats. Any ideas?
