Default neew help,wipe trans and blade rplacement

Hello,i'm new here,I have an issue with my rx 350 2007 1/2..I replaced the wiper transmission and wiper arms ,but i cant get the arms to rest in the lower pos..they stop in the middle of the windshield..is the issue with the arms ,or in the trans when i remounted the motor..or is there a trick im missing

The problem is with your installation of the arms most likely. I would take the arms off. Start the motor and turn on your wipers as you normall would, then turn off. At this point the arms should be able to be installed at the lowest most position.

i tried that,it seems when you turn the arms on they drop down a bit then go up.I even tried to compensate for that,they stills top in middle

I just had the windshield replaced, and in the process the installer removed and replaced the wiper arms. [This is done under the hood, of course, with one bolt for the driver's arm and two bolts for the passenger arm.]
If you can remove the arms, and start the wipers (motor) then stop it, I would assume that you will be in teh 'rest' position. The passenger arm then goes on where the end of the wiper (outside) faces a little mark visible at the base of the windshield. The driver's side arm faces between two marks low down on the windshield. You should then be 'adjusted' correctly.
Otherwise, maybe that, when the wipers are 'stopped', you can dismount the arms and re-mount them in the correct (horizontal/rest) position?

update,i got it figured out,i found a web site were all u need is a libary card and u can view any chilton manuel is exsistance..loli didnt have the gear and motor mount lined up exactly...
