Default Looking at RX330 and RX400H's

Been looking at maybe getting a RX330 or RX400H.

I've read that the RX330 can come with a factory air suspension? Can you get a data system controller to adjust it like on the LS430 Ultra Luxury?

Any suggestions on getting either the RX330 or the RX400H?

Thanks.

Yes the RX330 can come with air suspension but this was a very rare option. To find one with it you would have to do a lot of digging.

Dont bother looking for one with air suspension. We`v had people with it on here that are very dissatisfied. Even asking how to convert it to regular suspension.

I agree, don't get one with air suspension. If and when it does wear out, the cost to repair is ridiculous.

Plus they have a harsh ride from what they say. It`s a shame too because my step Dad had a new 1984 Lincoln Mark VII with air suspension and that car rode like a cloud! even on rough roads and Train tracks. However, it did eventually have air bag problems after around 200,000 miles. But he way more than got his money out of it by that time. He was over the road sales. Still, to this day this was the best riding/handling car I`v ever been in. Or had the pleasure to drive. Today`s Lincoln`s? you cant give me one.

Air suspension is available in sport package equipped RX 330s. They accounted for only a small percentage of all RXs sold so they may be difficult to find. It moved up and down less than an inch manually or automatically when turning off the RX. I got it for the other features like AFS, different wheels and sequential trans. Overall I agree with everyone else, it was more novelty than practicality.

Test drive. It would help to know more about your preferences and budget. This isn't a question with a one-size-fits-all answer.

I personally would not buy a hybrid that was more than 2 years old, I don't want to worry about replacing the battery down the road. Your driving situation will also save more or less gas, with more city driving saving more gas in the hybrid.

I found a RX400h in Utah, but that's too far away from me. I was asking because if I buy, id have to get it shipped. None around where Im at.

The RX330's around here are in not so good condition.

I'm in northern Fl and those are far from where I am.
I guess I should mention that I'm interested in black/black or white/black and awd.

Just modify one of those searches for your area and configuration. Those were a lot closer than UT.

Lol, yes a lot closer. I looked through the whole listing and nothing with the black/black or white/black combo with awd.

that's false about hybrid batteries! hybrid batteries are warrantied for 8yrs/100,000 miles and in CA, FL and other states it's 12yr/150k i think. and if yours fails before the 150k miles you can generally get lexus to cover parts just not labor as you'll argue why is the car different in CA over kansas. don't listen to jeeps has done no research.

we just bought 2006 400h with 80k miles and it's awesome. highway driving at 80mph with full AC on 100 degree day over 6 hour trip and averaged 23+. city driving in fall with no AC we get 30 mpg. we generally average 27. hybrid is the way to go. jeeps, stop giving false info if you haven;t dont your research.

honestly do you think lexus is gonna build a car they have to fix often? their hybrid has the best industry warranty i think.

Any particular reason you need AWD here in FL? Even when I go back to PA during the winters for hunting I have never had a problem in the snow with my FWD RX330.

White with black interior will be rare. Tack on that you want AWD and it is even rarer and perhaps something you will not find in the FL area as they do not sell a bunch of AWD here.

There are a couple of dark grey metallics on the color chart that look nice. Flint Mica is one, and another is this one:
