Default If this is of any importance for a TSB/Recall, should it matter?

I just purchase an 08 350 and while i've been reading and searching, i've notice minor issues on the early 2nd gen. models (330's). On the late 2nd gen. models, i've search on the forum and no major issues on a consistent basis.

Now, this TSB or TSIB (not sure how to call it) search that i googled, it came across some websites, this one below in particular. I've read some of it, but shoud i be concern at all and have lexus look at my RX, even thgh i do not have a problem right now? I've research and read some earlydel 2nd members having having problems but out of warrenty and must pay out of pocket for such to be check even though there has been a notice or recall. I also read that these notice's are for the technicans to reference on. Well for some DIY people here and me, i know we're not certified, but should it be address to make sure it gets taken care of so there will be no issues in long run?

Or am i just overlooking things as i would really looking at preventive maint. and worry about the
dealer not being honest. I dont like to do "twist the arm" talk if there is a prob. in the future.

Please let me know of any comment/insight. I plan to have this RX for a long time and will take care of it!
Also, below is some notifications that i pulled up that is very important, involves the engine/powetrain.

Lexus won't do anything about these unless the customer reports a problem that is consistent with the TSB or an engine trouble code is present. The best thing you can do is keep up on the maintenance schedule and be aware of anything out of the ordinary. You should register this vehicle at the Lexus Owner's website. A complete Lexus service history of your vehicle will be there as well as any warranty work or recalls. You will need the VIN to complete the registration.
