2009 RX 350 - Driver Seat
I felt a lot more comfortable in my Honda Civic driver seat compared to the RX that I have bought recently. Though my previous car had only cloth interior, the seats were 'long' enough to hold until my knees.
I am an Asian Indian, and not bulky nor tall, still the seat is so uncomfortable for more than 10 minutes. I adjusted it over 100 times and have a fatigue of running through those switches constantly while driving because I can't get the 'right' setting.
Any suggestions? Can I buy any seat 'extender'? or anything that could help the seat angle a bit more? I want my knees to be raised and my lower back to be tucked in. I know its personal preference, but some might have come across this issue?
Will appreciate all suggestions / recommendations... Thanks. This has been a very resourceful and useful forum.

I also bought a 2009 RX 350. Certified pre owned with 27 thousand miles on it. I had driven a 1999 RX 300 for 13 years, 20013 thousand miles of pure pleasure and no major issues. In the 2009 RX 350 I thought it the most uncountable seat I have ever had in any car I have owned. I also thought it was the short seat that was creating it. I am small framed 130# and 5ft 3 1/2 in in height. After more inspection and with a good independent Lexus mechanics help, I can to realized the person before me must have been very large and heavy and leaned toward the left door, so the seat is now tilted ever so slightly to the left, which throws the body out of alignment in the hip and the lower back. I also kept trying to adjust the seat to every position imaginable to see if there was a better fit. I have been using a folded very flat pillow case on that side that is tilted and it takes the presser off hips and back. The Lexus Dealer said it was normal wear and tear, which concerns me as the car has such low mileage. My RX 300 has had no such wear and tear and a new seat is approx. $3000.00. I am very disappointed with this and my Dealer. Hope your issue is resolved soon for you.
