I'm new to this forum but wonder if I could elicit some help...

My wife was driving the NJTP in our 2006 400h (86k miles) when she got a "check VSC", "check Hybrid" and red triangle. Everything seemed to work fine, except for the cruise control.

Afraid it might be the 12v battery, I told her not to shut the engine off for the remaining 200 miles home. She made it without incident. I immediately went to check the car out---the engine started right up. The VSC warning went away, but the "check hybrid" was still active. I have an OBD-II reader and pulled P3221. I was able to clear it, and so far everything seems to be fine after one day.

Does anyone know what P3221 is or experienced a similar problem?

This question should be moved to the hybrid forum. That code is not in the data base I have and may be unique to the 400h model. Here is a link to the 400h forums:
