In some vehicles, the tow package requires higher amperage through the system, while in others the navigation may call for more amperage through the system.
Both Canadian Built and Japanese built models of the 2004 - 2006 have both 100 amp and 130 amp options. Not sure how to tell without taking alternator out and looking at it.
Curious if anyone here may know how to tell without pulling the alternator. Thanks fellas.

The 130 is part of the tow package along with an HD radiator and the tranny cooler, if you have a tranny cooler, you have the 130 amp alt. I don't know if it was available as a standalone option.
