Engine cranks up but does not start
I have a Lexus RX 350 2008 - took it to UHaul to get the tow hitch installed. After intallation they cannot start the engine. The engine cranks up but does not start. Does someone had similar issue and has a solution.

How did U-Haul deal with the wiring harness? There is a simple plug-in for the harness in the rear storage area. I hope they didn't cut any wires or run the wiring to another location.

you gave the a real key to use, not a valet key?
Sounds unlikely they would screw up the wiring harness in the rear in some way that the car will not start. Maybe they blew a fuse, or a security alarm and you need to "turn off" the alarm (even thogh the horn is not blowing) before the engine will start up.
