Default Considering buyin 2009 Rx 350

I am considering a 2009 Rx350 at my local dealer, It has 60k miles and certified pre owned.
What should i be looking for when seeing this car? Any know issues? Tranny whine like the highlander? Thanks in advance

Be sure to check headlights for moisture and have dealer replace before purchase.

if it is certified until 100,000 you don't have to many worries.

Check the roof rack and see if the cross bars are stuck.
Other than the cross bar replacement under warranty, my 2009 RX350 has been trouble-free.

I can't remember any extreme problems with RX. During 2 years of ownership these things were broken:

2 x oxygen sensors (about $800 total).
Airbag light appeared for 3 times. According to the dealer, there's a bad connection somewhere near driver's seat. Reset takes minutes.
Driver's side cupholder won't close. Thankfully, it somehow fixed itself
A few suspension parts were replaced yesterday for $300. In other hand, we have terrible roads here, so it's normal that suspension needs to be repaired often.

Mine is 2007 and has 51.000 KM (about 31.000 miles).

So this is a reliable SUV? I am undecided between this Rx350 and a Rav 4 V6 Sport,
I know some ravs and highlanders have a transmission whine,
I have read some trans issues with the 09 as well

Thanks for your help

31.000 miles is fine, usually we have to repair suspension every 10.000 miles here. Here are some photos of streets in my city: http://www.15min.lt/gallery/show/kau...s-gatves-23173 and http://kauno.diena.lt/vaizdai/albuma...no-gatves-6663 (just click on any image in slideshow at the bottom)

I guess streets in your city don't look similar

Yes, 330 and 350 are very different (even if they look the same). For example, 330 is very unpowered and has a terrible isolation from noise when compared to 350.

These second generation model RX350 (2007-09) are very reliable. My 2007 has had zero problems. There were two recalls that were done. This vehicle you are considering has a CPO warranty to 100k. That is important and should make your buying decision easier.
