curtain airbag canada model vs japan?

so im in the process of fixing my car and i have to replace my driver side curtain airbag
the question here is found brand new airbag part number 62180 48011 and THAT is made for japan lexus
the part number 62180 0E011 is the Lexus that is made in Canada .... NOW will it fit and work fine or no?

please let me know ASAP before the deal ends today

should i save the headache and the what if and get a used one that hasnt been deployed ?

I would get a new one....dont mess with safety.

i think its the same thing as long as it doesn't look bad/abused and its not deployed?
a brand new one from the dealer is 950$ comparing to one of another vehicle 280$
