What are the steps for removing the rear bumper cover on a 2009 RX350?

It appears that replacing bumpers on my wife’s 2009 Lexus RX350 is going to be a skill that I am going to need to acquire. Can someone provide the steps for removing the rear bumper cover (I already have a replacement). Depending on how this goes, I plan to replace the front bumper next so if you have the steps for removing it please pass them along as well. Thanks.
