You should register at the Lexus Owner's website. The complete Lexus service history of your vehicle will be there as well as any warranty work or recalls. If the transmission has been flashed that will be there as well. Link below:

Hello Guys,
Thanks for the posts again. I did register to see all the service records, but could not find the transmission program update record. It was last service at the dealership at 79k miles/5 months ago (before I bought it) and now it has 80k miles. Does anyone know if the dealership will update the transmission program for free? I found powertrain warranty covers up to 70k miles so am I out of luck for free service?
My family of 4 (wife and 2 little ones in car seats in the back) took the RX to Atlanta (from NC) for a trip and the ride was comfortable and I got 25mpg driving avg of 70mph. It definitely has less space than our family minivan Honday Odyssey but large enough for us. Wish it had a built-in DVD player and iPod integration!

You won't know unless you ask
If you just purchased the RX330 from that Lexus dealership, I'd try introducing myself to the service manager and ask if he can provide a list of the TSIB's performed on your vehicle and if all the recalls were performed.
It is not possible to determine if the TSIB for the transmission was performed from looking at the service records via the Lexus.com website. At least it's not for my RX. I know my transmission was reflashed and I've had a few other TSIB's performed and yet there is no specific code(s) that identify what was done. I belief that Lexus has access to more detailed service information than is on the website.

I actually bought it from a small dealer that bought it from this dealer at an auction. i just sent the dealer service dept an email to ask if they couls flash the transmission at free of charge since it's been serivced at the dealer since purchased. I'dc be willing to pay for it if it's reasonable amount. Honda dealer charges $40 for the same thing. Anyway, I have found a few things that are disappointng like the transmission hesitation, rattles, etc. Maybe I expected too much from a 6.5 year old used Lexus.

I sent e-mail to a dealer about the transmission lag/hesitation issue and transmission/ECU reprogramming (to be done on my RX330 and they said I'll have to pay for the diagnosis and transmission reprogramming (since it's out of warranty). But after I told them about the specific TSB and asked for free goodwill service, they offered me free diagnosis and reprogramming if necessary!
Hope the ECU reprogramming will fix the lag/hesitation/clunking issue and I'll definitely enjoy driving it much more!
