Curious who has the highest mileage and what it's taken, maintenance wise, to get there. Saw another post where folks took it in the wrong direction....showing how LOW their mileage is, but I like hearing of folks that have been road warriors.

I have a RX400h and just over 100k...just getting started!

Welcome to Club Lexus, jholder.

I believe VAttorney leads the pack here at CL at the moment with well over 200K miles. Like many topics, there are existing threads here at CL you can search for on the topic. Such as:

I've got 237K. Replaced: A/C compressor. Alternator, power steering pump, battery, starter, timing belt, cv axles, o2's all around, Butterfly valve in intake manifold, brakes and rotors, suspension, bearings, axle nuts, tires, radiator (though I busted it), condenser for AC, mass air flow sensor though not broken, intake gaskets (not broken but did while I had it apart), spark plugs,

That's all I can remember right now.

I should hit 250 plus by the end of the year. Plan on keeping her until 280/300K then moving on. For what it's worth I change the oil every 3-4 thousand miles or so usually. When I had engine apart a while back it looked extremely clean. Extremely clean. Valves and cam looked clean. Hardly any build up at all. Engine still runs like new.

Yes, front end noise and vibration at highway speeds.

Also replaced control arms, tie rod ends- inner and outer, and strut mount bushings. Ball joints as well.
