I had the car in to do the engine oil cooler recall. Since the oil pipe was changed that would mean they would have had to drain the oil first? Do they change your oil for you or do they actually just pour back the old drained oil?

Would like to know. Otherwise will need to be doing an oil change soon.

they might have been able to clamp off the hoses in order to swap the oil pipe and top you off.
Best bet is to call the service manager to make sure.
